Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and override all others. Receipt of acknowledgement of order by you, constitutes your acceptance that our conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract notwithstanding any purported terms put forward by you.

2. Payments
Invoices will be sent after completion of work and will need to be within 14 days of the invoice date minus any deposits that have been paid.
All and any amounts paid to Navigation Web Ltd are non-refundable.

3. Acceptance of Services
Before any work is carried out we will need a deposit of 25% of the total quotation before work can begin.

4. Disclaimer
We always put our customers first but we are not liable if the customers website is down that may result in lost of earnings or the website has been hacked.

5. Hosting
Navigation Web takes no responsibility for any website hosted on a server it does not manage or charge for.

Our hosting services include regular backups of your website and we also look after email accounts that are also backed up on a daily basis.

Our hosting services come with unlimited storage for both website and email accounts and we also provide an SSL Certificate to keep your services as safe a possible.

6. Transferring Services
We will not transfer your website or any other services to another provider unless all outstanding invoices have been settled.

7. Website Maintenance
We will charge for any updates or maintenance on your website or any other services that we provide.

8. Cancellation
Any cancellation’s will need to be completed within 1 week of the project otherwise fees will be charged in accordance of the amount of work that has been carried out.
